This local authority is currently seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor on a 6–month contract, with a likely extension.
During your time you will deliver estates management services in managing and developing key assets in the commercial portfolio, dealing with service accommodation requirements, responsible for completing landlord and tenant activities, including lease renewals/rent reviews, and acquisitions and disposals (leasehold or freehold).
This role is on a hybrid basis, only requiring you in the office once a week.
MRICS and council experience preferred.
