JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 3+ LOCATION: Birmingham
THE ROLE: The successful Solicitor will become a significant addition to the firm's clinical negligence litigation team handling a caseload of defendant work on behalf of the NHS and other healthcare organisations. You will take responsibility for your own caseload, gain exposure to high value and complex disputes.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally have a track record within defendant clinical negligence claims, however the partners are open to considering applications from Clinical Negligence Solicitors who have exceptional claimant experience, or PI Solicitors with a proven background in advising defendant clients. What is essential is a talent and aptitude for litigation and a passion for clinical negligence work.
