Head of Finance - Excellent Benefits - Board Position
Your new company
A thriving franchise business that have received significant accolade for their culture and business attitude, my client is an SME that are expected to double their revenue by 2028.
Your new role
As Head of Finance you will ultimately be the number one for Finance; the company currently has a consultant FD however they are there to be as supportive or stepped back as required and you will be on the board working side by side with the operations, business and TA heads on formulating business strategy and overseeing the finance team.
You will lead the finance team, supporting on development and improvement of processes whilst helping to drive forward profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with proven experience in a leadership position within an SME. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a franchised business, or within a complex smaller organisation to understand the complexities.
You will be comfortable leading on commercial initiatives, problem solving and getting your sleeves rolled up where necessary.
