A Head of FP&A Job in Woking, Surrey. Reporting directly to the CFO, with a salary of up to £120k.

You will be joining a large manufacturing company operating in over 30 markets worldwide. This world-renowned organisation will provide you with an environment which will encourage you to grow and develop. You will be joining this lively business in Woking, Surrey heading up their Finance department.
Your new role
As the Head of Finance, you will be reporting directly to the CFO as part of their core team. You will be responsible for the delivery of financial planning, business analytics, creating an environment of financial integration across the entire finance team, and championing internal controls for EBITDA and other associated reporting.
You will deliver detailed, accurate financial planning, as part of this you will work on long term business plans, annual budgets, monthly reforecasting and scenario planning.
You will be supporting in the development of tools to improve the financial planning process. Alongside this you will be proactive and pragmatic in being able to identify, record, and communicate financial risks and opportunities to key stakeholders and the CFO.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have more than 7 years of post-qualified experience, with a good track record at a management level. You will have strong FP&A experience with modelling experience. Great communication and business partnering skills with the ability to communicate financial information at all levels. Comfortable using excel, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities within a fast-paced environment.
This role requires an attitude of continuous improvement and effective cross-functional collaboration to enable you to challenge assumptions of current budgets and create an environment of financial integration across the entire finance team.
