Our clients' services go beyond Employment Law and HR – they also cover health and safety management, insurance, employee wellbeing, and much more.

We are looking to speak with motivated individuals who are career minded and hungry for success within Sales. They are looking for talented BDMs to work within their dynamic and fast–paced sales team. You will be required to contact Business Owners and set up appointments with potential clients to set up face–to–face sales meetings with SME's. Some appointments will be pre–booked for you by the Telesales team, whereas some leads will be self–generated.

They will support you and offer a clear progression plan, meaning that you will understand what it takes to be a high performer and how you can achieve your career goals with them.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who has a proactive and self–motivated attitude! The role involves selling into new businesses via pre booked appointments that are setup by the telemarketing and services team, and from your own lead generations gathered from a provided database.

Day–to–Day Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Deliver consultative in–person sales meetings/presentations with 4 SMEs daily, most appointments are pre–booked by an office–based sales support team.
  • Use your professional/informal networks to generate leads to augment the office generated leads.
  • Work with the Head of events to deliver a monthly seminar to business owners so as to maximise sales opportunities. E.g.co–hosted events with the Chamber of commerce and industry
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Be the best representation of the brand.

The idea candidate:

  • A strong background in B2B Sales
  • A self–starter who is success/money motivated
  • Have a full, clean driving license
  • Have previously worked to KPI's and sales targets
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland
