In this position you will oversee the delivery of planned M&E works for projects around London, this will include client engagement, RAMS, subcontractor management and quotes/estimate preparations. You will predominantly be working with projects that focus on CHP, Heat Pumps, and Communal/District Heating. The ideal candidate hold NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation and SMSTS. It would be advantageous for anyone who has experience of Building Services, M&E System Design and renewable energy technology.

The Role:
Project Manager (Heating/Renewable Heating)
Ensure all M&E works are delivered on time and to budget
Assist the preparation of quotes and estimates
Client and subcontractor liaison
Completion of RAMS
60,000 – 65,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Sociable Company + Pension + Great Holiday Package

The Person:
NVQ Level 3 Heating and Ventilation
SMSTS
Experience within M&E Design, Building Services or renewable technologies
Full driving license
