Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 + Excellent package + Bonus & Benefits

A leading organization requires an established Head of Software Engineering/Development to join its fantastic team and assist in shaping a major global business transformation.

Ideal candidates will have a software engineering/development background and ideally experience of Unix/Linux, enterprise applications ( e.g. Java, Oracle, Tomcat, JMS), Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Agile methodologies

Essentials:

• Experience in a software engineering or development leadership role working across the full SDLC
• Excellent management, leadership skills and influencing at all levels, from delivery team to Senior Management
• Experience of technical mentoring of Development and Quality Engineers with maximising the individual potential of team members
• Collaborates and communicates well, along with challenging effectively and responding well to challenges from others
• Seek to understand the company's strategy, market, customers and suppliers
