In order to support the company in achieving our next financial goals we have an exciting opportunity for a well–connected Business Development Manager to join our team.

Based In Braintree, Essex we provide a welcoming, fun, and supportive work environment.

We are ideally looking for someone who has a proven history in winning new business accounts with large volume temporary staff users.

Main areas of responsibility

• Driving & delivering our growth & expansion strategy
• Increase the client base and maximize business opportunities
• Manage a sales pipeline of prospective clients to deliver quarterly and annual financial targets.
• Establish & develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Controlling sales activity for the region.
• Writing & presenting tenders.
• Attending networking & hospitality events.

The ideal candidates will

• Have previous experiencing working within the recruitment market
• 2 years of professional experience in sales or operations within the Recruitment industry
• Track history in winning large volume user accounts.
• Strong client–facing and relationship–building skills
