We are looking for an experience Account Director or Senior/ Key Account Manager looking to take the next step up in their career to join this agency in the midlands area. Working with an established and highly successful team he or she will be tasked with managing and motivating a team, leading from the front and continually mentoring.

You will have outstanding forecastiung skills with the ability to plan/utilise resource and deliver account growth through the delivery of creative and commercial excellence. You will be a natural communicator able to work well with clients and co workers alike.

I would be keen to look at candidates with experience across marketing/ creative/ design/ brands with specific experience around interiors/ experiential and similar areas.

Experience

• A good level of education able to speak, read and write in English at a strong level.
• Experience in a similar role at a similar level
• Experience managing, growing and mentoring a team

Skills

• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain healthy client relations.
• Excellent knowledge of Office skills
• Manage more junior members of the team
