As a Property Lawyer/Conveyancer, you ll be more than a case handler. You ll be a trusted advisor and confidant. You re someone who strives to give clients the best possible experience whilst navigating the complex landscape of residential conveyancing.

Property Lawyer/Conveyancer will:

• Required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion
• Liaising with clients, lenders, third–party solicitors, estate agents, etc.
• Responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction
• Preparing and drafting necessary correspondence and documents
• Undertake a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters

As a Property Lawyer/Conveyancer, you must have:

• 2–5 years PQE
• Have experience undertaking a varied caseload of mainly residential property matters
• Good written and verbal communication to deal with a broad range of clients and the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care
• Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
• Good decision–making skills
• Self–starter and motivator
