Outside IR35 Finance Business Analyst to join a leading FMCG company starting ASAP for a 6 month contract working 5 days a week for a Daily rate of 585 based in Battersea London.

As a Finance Business Analyst you will bring extensive Finance background and must have previously worked in finance roles, with good knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C processes, and experience of managing finance projects including process improvements, system integrations, and ERP implementation. As a Finance Business Analyst you will work in the capacity of Project Finance Manager/analyst within the department, who can dive into the details and take hands–on approach with rigor and challenge to the process design, analysis, and play a key role in implementing a future business process.

The company are a leading FMCG operation which has started its journey to becoming an exciting new business within the Beauty and Personal Care sectors. The next stage of their journey is for the company to establish a standalone legal, supply chain and IT infrastructure with the implementation of Oracle Cloud and further technology. Working within a team of fellow subject matter experts, as a Finance Business Analyst you will collaborate with the accounts department, Sales and Supply Chain teams and be responsible for designing, defining, managing, and deploying the global finance processes across three regions.

Requirements as a Finance Business Analyst

  • Support finance programme lead with all aspects of governance, management, and delivery in various workstreams with hands–on approach, based on changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ensure all meeting agenda and action items/minutes are documented, and proactively communicated and followed–up with stakeholders by way of supporting to progress with delivery of outstanding tasks and actions.
  • Update, maintain, and communicate project/workstream's progress.
  • Ensure successful delivery and management of 3rd party system integration including banks.
  • Monitor, assess, and manage RAIDs and logs closely to ensure cross–functional dependencies, issues and risks are addressed and resolved.
  • Assess impact of any changes in solution/requirements to the plan, programme strategy, and finance TOM.
  • Compiling and maintaining documentation such as BRDs, plans, gap analysis, procedural documentation as needed, sign–offs, etc.
