A well respected regional, full–service boutique law firm is looking to appoint a new head of corporate to their sought–after practice in Buckinghamshire
The Head of Corporate Law's Role
The successful Head of Corporate Law will work with a diverse range of companies, assisting them in matters that span a broad range of a company lifecycle.
The Head of Corporate Law will help to grow the corporate department, assisted by two other qualified lawyers, and will work on a range of corporate matters including (but not limited to) M&A, buy–outs and share transactions, and franchise agreements.
The Head of Corporate Law
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Proven track record in Corporate Law matters
- Exceptional drafting skills
- Strong understanding of M&A
- Proactive and team–oriented
- Strong ICT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience mentoring is desired but not essential
