Senior Associate/Partner - Agricultural Property

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well established and reputable Law Firm based in the Midlands who are looking for a Agricultural Property Senior Associate/Partner to join their growing team. The role can be based in Spalding, Nottingham or Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor who wants to take the next step in their career and join an Agricultural department who are regarded the best in their field.

Job Responsibilities include:–

Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients.

Manage a portfolio of existing clients as well as targeting new business.

Provide an effective and efficient service for various proceedings to ensure the protection of the interests of the client.

Meet or exceed agreed KPI's.

Develop, mentor and train members of the team.

Ensure continued professional development in your specialised sector.

Job Requirements:–

Have a good understanding of the agricultural sector.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Ability to act independently to a high level.

Good customer service skills and able to build relationships with existing and new clients.

Able to be discrete and treat client information confidentially.

Good knowledge of Property law and and co–ownership issues.

Able to work on own or within a team.

Proven record of managing and developing a team.

Excellent attention to detail.

6 years+ PQE

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on experience
