My client, a London based NHS Trust is looking for an Assistant Director of OD and Learning initially for 6 months (Band 9)
Start can be delayed until January if necessary
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Trusts HR & OD Senior Leadership Team reporting directly into the Chief People Officer and the main responsibilities are:
Managing education and training throughout the organisation including leadership development,
Developing a behaviour framework for culture and values
Talent management,
Trust lead on EDI
Leading on the Trust's approach to organisational development,
Mandatory and statutory training,
Embedding appraisal systems
Health and wellbeing
This is a hybrid role but the successful candidate will need to be onsite on a weekly basis.
