The Talent, Development & Engagement (TDE) team is seeking a 12–month fixed–term contractor Project Manager who will have responsibilities for scoping, delivering and leading projects and communication. The primary areas of focus include translating business needs into comprehensive project plans and creating communication plans for current and emerging leaders to support our colleague experience, culture and drive the WTW strategy. This role will enable a streamlined approach to Leadership Development working with our Head of Leadership Development and Head of L&D. This role may also collaborate with business L&D leads/stakeholders to ensure that the programs TDE is developing are aligned with and not duplicating similar efforts driven by the business.Examples of potential projects/responsibility areas include full creation, management and execution of project and communication plans/platforms, vendor sourcing, and collaborating with colleagues and departments to ensure a streamlined, thoughtful approach to leadership development.WTW is committed to finding opportunities to foster flexibility in the workplace, whenever business and client demands allow.   • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders within TDE, HR leaders, business leaders and program participants to build and execute well–structured project plans.
  • Demonstrate a proven record of translating organizational and business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor progress of projects, escalating and mitigating project risks and issues. Create accountability structures for project teams and managing projects towards deadlines. Facilitate project team meetings with ownership and accountability of key pieces.
  • Identify and work with team to source external vendors (e.g., needs–analysis, summary of findings). Collaborate with internal procurement to follow protocol around facilitating vendor relationships (e.g., pricing and contracts).
Project comms
  • Plan, compose and distribute communication through various channels (e.g., email messaging, video scripts, Teams site, Intranet, webinars) to position leadership programs and initiatives.
  • Identify sustainable ways to collaborate with other departments to align messaging around initiatives and drive forward our vision and strategic priorities.
  • Provide a balanced approach to improve comms based on stakeholder feedback, needs and requests.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
Broad TDE Team support
  • Work autonomously and fluidly across a broad team in a collaborative, communicative manner supporting a multiple of activities with dotted line relationships.
  • Represent and propose planning/ideas in visually appealing, thoughtful, and articulate ways.
  • Understand principles and objectives of TDE priorities. Stay current with emerging trends within HR, TDE and leadership within our organization.
  • Proactively look for ways to incorporate I&D principles into TDE offerings. Role model inclusive leadership and being an Ally.
The Requirements
  • Prior HR experience with an interest in talent, development and colleague engagement
  • Project management experience (preferably with Microsoft Project)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Growth mindset
