Business Development Manager - French Speaking

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for one of our fantastic key clients based in South Yardley
You must be able to speak fluent French and come from the beauty, medical or consumer product led industry

As the Business Development Manager your role would involve:
– Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers – from lead through to delivery, meeting (and ideally exceeding) targets set
– Working from leads, planning and targeting the acquisition of new customers
– Manage your pipeline and take control, recording progress in our CRM system and keeping things all up to date
– Be responsible for the preparation and completion of tenders
– Secure strategic partnerships with SMEs through to large organisations
– Recording customer satisfaction and best practice measures
– Provide excellent customer service through the sales process
– Work with the wider teams to iterate propositions and materials for the market
– Strategically build your pipeline working with the team to create strong relationships both internally within departments and externally with our customers both on a consumer and business level
– Network effectively promoting the brand
– Provide insight into market trends, ensuring the business is always one step ahead of the market and competition
– Work with the wider business to develop and grow our commercial proposition

Salary: GBP35,000 + Commission on all sales
