The Role:
  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Construction Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Construction department demonstrates unparalleled expertise in a full spectrum of complex construction disputes, regularly advising contractors and national companies within the energy, construction, rail and infrastructure sectors
  • As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all contentious aspects of construction work, including contractual disputes, ADR (such as adjudication & arbitration) and High Court litigation
  • As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
  • This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership


The Ideal Candidate:
  • An experienced Construction Solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
