The Role:
- The firm are looking for an ambitious Commercial Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- Highly regarded in the Legal 500, the firm's Commercial practice boast an excellent track record and regularly work with a mixture of blue-chip companies and large regional & national businesses across the retail, hospitality & tech sectors, to name a few
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering a full spectrum of commercial matters, including drafting & negotiating contracts, data protection issues, IP licensing, distribution & agency agreements and SaaS arrangements
- As a junior-mid level solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and mentor the more junior members of the team

The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Commercial Solicitor with 2 to 4 years PQE
