THE ROLE

The successful candidate will form an important part of our client's Commercial Property Litigation team.

An up to date working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation process and a foundation in Commercial Property Law is required as is an ability to build relationships with a broad range of clients from individuals, partnerships and limited companies from a variety of different sectors.

Our client offers home working, part time and flexible working hours.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor with 5pqe+ from a top regional firm or an established London law firm.

You will demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

You will be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others.

You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development within this team.
