About You:
Candidates should possess the following essential criteria to apply:
- A Qualified Lawyer with substantive arbitration experience who is able to take on a high level of responsibility.
- A comprehensive working knowledge and experience of construction and engineering law and dispute resolution procedures in this field (experience of other technical dispute resolution work would also be acceptable).
- Exhibits client and project management ability.
- The ability to demonstrate, and give examples, of their prior experience in managing document production and review exercises using Relativity and Opus.
- Stays aware of legal and market developments affecting construction and engineering law and dispute resolution practice.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
