Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor - South London
A small private practice law firm in South London is looking for assistance from a Locum Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor
The requirement is to start in February 2023 (start date TBC) and is likely to last for a few months.
The caseload consists of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters. The cover will be for one of the partners of the firm who is due to take extended leave.
The firm have a visual files case management system. The practice generally is an active high street firm covering most disciplines and comprising of 30 personnel.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' experience of handling a Residential and Commercial Property caseload.
This opportunity would suit someone who is available from February 2023 for a few months, and who is happy to work in the office.
