Are you new to an HR Business Partner role and looking for a new opportunity or working as a Senior HR Advisor and would like progression? Our client "one of the UK's leading holidays let companies" are looking for someone that can work in partnership with the functional leaders and support the delivery of the people strategy through a full range of HR activities and proactive, timely HR interventions, whilst ensuring the successful implementation of HR practices and initiatives.

As a People Partner, you will provide support to line managers in operational teams, offering informed advice and guidance on any Human Resource management issues alongside this you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational business partnering coaching and guidance to leaders at the manufacturing leadership team level. While working closely with the Head of HR.

Communicate between departments to ensure individual departments' requirements are met.

Lead managers through understanding internal and external challenges, influences, objectives, and KPIs to provide proactive people partnering support and guidance.

Support people managers to manage the talent pipeline in conjunction with the departmental leadership and the Head of talent and development.

To proactively support the provision of a professional and business–focused generalist People/HR service to staff and managers

Commercial knowledge and the ability to understand business goals

Act as a leadership coach and confidant, providing support and feedback as necessary to fellow team members.

About you

Experience operating in partnering model

Experience in complex ER case management

Demonstrated project management, organisational change management experience

Experience in supporting the design, consultation, delivery and embedding of organisational change.

Excellent generalist HR knowledge, including in–depth knowledge of HR practices and legislation.

Engaging and structured communication style, with the ability to engage confidentially with all levels across the business and deliver complex communications transparently and effectively.
