Head of GTM Partnerships (API Integrations)

We are partnered with a rapidly growing technology driven payments company who make bank transfers in the B2B market as convenient as card payments in the B2C market. They've just received significant seed funding and are now in a sustained period of growth. Their goal is to use financial technology to reduce trade frictions, save companies time and money, make inefficient markets efficient, and speed up economic progress everywhere.

About the role:

You will be the lead across the entire sales partnerships life–cycle from identifying leads, negotiating commercial contracts, to relaying further product and engineering requirements back to our engineering team. The role requires a blend of skills including: sector knowledge, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, sales, and independent creativity.

This is a fast paced, ever changing environment that will require the individual to multi–task and maintain a hands–on role. We work as a team, leveraging the collective experience and knowledge of everyone here, and are supportive to others when required, no matter the task, but this does not slow down our decision making or ability to executive individually. You should take ownership of your work and be proud of the company you are building.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years developing, establishing, closing and scaling sales partnerships
  • Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an extensive understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Experience working within a high–growth, technology company
  • International work experience
  • Solid network of potential prospects or partners
