Nobody move, there's blood on the floor, haha no, but we are looking for a head of social media and content who just gets it. Like they say the girls that get it, get it and the girls that don't don't.

• 3+ years' experience in social media – agency side is admirable
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Desire to line manage

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will have full ownership of everything social, from strategy to managing our team of creatives. If you don't scroll on all the new socials for hours, non–stop, you probably won't make the cut, we need someone who is on–top of trends and infront of our competitors. Social media will be your main focus but to do this job strongly, you will need an understanding of SEO, email marketing and graphic design.

YOU WILL NEED

• 3+ years' experience in social media – agency–side will tick another box
• A nurturing approach to team management – you can't tell someone you hate their idea basically, that's mean
• You will need a full understanding of social media, audiences and reporting
• A track record of high engagement and growth
