Interim HR Project Manager – 6 month FTCLocation – Home based, however would need to be in Darlington once a month with overnight stay.Salary – GBP70,000+ benefits

As the Senior HR Manager – Special Projects, reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering and co–ordinating the delivery of projects to facilitate change within the time, budget, scope and to the quality agreed at project definition. Execution will form an integral component in the delivery of HC–One's most complex and strategically important change and transformation programmes.

Whilst projects themselves may vary, current initiatives are focused on Flexibility, Operating Models and Asset Management, with a particular emphasis on the latter at the current time.

Striking the right balance between strategic partnering, acting as a trusted advisor and operational excellence ensuring delivery of the recruitment service to the business.

Must have:• Care Home experience• TUPE• Mergers ad Acquisitions
