Residential Property Senior Associate/Partner

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established Legal Firm based in Surrey who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Partner or Senior Associate to join their busy and growing friendly team.

The successful candidate will deal with a full varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and responsibilities including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

• Transfers of Equity.

• Remortgages.

• Stamp Duty procedures.

• Search Reports.

• Title checking.

• The regularisation of landlord and tenant relationships.

• Deeds of surrender.

• Refinancing.

• Acquisitions and sales of businesses.

• Utility agreements.

• Leading and working with the existing property team.

Role Requirements:–

• 8+ years PQE

• Extensive working knowledge of residential conveyancing.

• Building relationships with existing clients as well as new clients.

• Highly organised and able to prioritise work loads.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Professional in manner at all times.

• Good customer service skills.

Hours:–

35 Hours per Week

Hybrid working is offered.
