We are supporting our PE manufacturing client with their planned 2023 exit. We need a dynamic interim finance director to (ultimately) prepare the business for sale – likely to be a 6-9 month assignment.
You will be asked to:
£800 – 1000 per day
Working within the business, the role will be ultimately be responsible for helping the owner to prepare to go to market by ensuring robust financial information is in place ready for the due diligence process.
You will be asked to:
- Complete a full business review (reporting, systems, controls and stock).
- Build a robust financial reporting environment (management, investor and working capital).
- Support the Management Team with business partnering and commercial support.
- Report to the investors
- Build a data room and prepare IM
- Complex manufacturing exposure
- Working with an SME/PE backed group
- International/FX experience
- Sell side/vendor support exposure
- Excellent presentation skills
£800 – 1000 per day
