Head Of Business required in Bristol

We are looking for Head of Business for a large volume car dealership in Bristol.

Our client is a privately owned business with around 100 staff on site, so scale wise, we are looking for a 'hitter'.

The ideal candidate will have;

– At least 3 years HoB / GM / DP experience running a big car dealership
– Have a proven track record of success
– A modern thinking approach to automotive retailing
– A sound understanding of digital marketing
– A stable career history
– Impeccable standards
– The ability to drive a team of managers to achieve challenging objectives
– A visible and inspirational management style

Remuneration is very much DOE, but a guideline would be GBP70–75k basic with an OTE of GBP100–GBP110k + impressive benefits
