THE COMPANY
Our client is a global, market–leading manufacturer of technologically advanced material handling solutions used by some of the biggest names in business. Their customers include Amazon, Tesco, Morrisons, DHL, Rolls Royce and more.
The business is known for being at the premium end of their market, supplying high–quality solutions that out–pace and out–last the competition. Despite COVID, the last two years have seen sales sky–rocket across Europe and to keep pace with demand, we re seeking two Field Sales Executives to join the team in Scotland.
THE ROLE
Covering your own sales territory, you ll seek out and develop relationships with Small to Medium customers across the East of Scotland. Typical customers that you ll deal with will be anything from logistics companies, manufacturing, engineering, food & drink, distilleries, pharmaceutical and more. Typically you ll deal with decision makers from shop–floor managers, through to directors and business owners, providing them with a range of business critical equipment, essential to the day–to–day running of their operations and renewable on a 2–3 year basis. With that in mind, as you develop relationships, you ll enjoy the growth of a long–term renewal pipeline that will result in exponential commission in years two and three.
Through time as you build your experience in this sector, you can expect to move into a Key Accounts role, where you ll start to charge of larger blue chips.
THE CANDIDATE
We re looking for a money–motivated, professional sales executive; resilient and capable of taking an organised, structured approach to business development.
THE REWARDS
Basic salary of GBP33,000, along with an attractive commission package that will see your overall earnings top GBP70–90k per year. Fully expensed BMW, Pension, Health Care and various other perks.
