Head of Professional Services

I'm currently hiring for a Head of Professional Services on behalf of a fast–growing Managed Services Provider based in Southampton.

You will be responsible for the people, processes, and software systems that make up the professional services team and for successfully delivering projects based on agreed financial and customer satisfaction levels. You will have the authority to manage resource and capacity planning for the department. You are tasked with creating a forecasting and recruitment strategy to meet the needs of the business internally. The role has a direct relationship with all parts of the company.

Below are the essential requirements:

– At least 10 years experience in relevant roles comparable to a professional services organisation is essential– Proven experience working in a fast–paced, rapidly growing company– Proven success in creating, developing and managing large teams and budgets– Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders– Excellent understanding of IT best practices in a project delivery context
