You will be based in Gravesend, Kent or France, Alencon on a full time, permanent basis (If based in the UK, you will be required to travel to France frequently) You will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Responsibilities as our P&C Business Partner role:

• Facilitate the overall Performance Cycle and provide day to day performance management guidance and talent acquisition and succession to the Business
• Work closely with senior management within specific business units or regions to develop and implement predominantly medium to longterm P&C solutions aligned to business strategy, organizational design and ongoing team visioning.
• Act as a company culture champion, leading and supporting the Business in deploying Engagement Survey initiatives
• Implement and enhance career growth paths, capability model, diversity programs, among others
• Foster a culture of physical and mental wellbeing, working with the People Leads and Senior Management to create organisational best practices
• Government & Labour Relations Strategy: Discipline and Grievance Management
• Bring People Indicators to the table and provide insight on Talent landscape.
• Work closely to the COE's (Centre of Expertise) areas, making sure all Moove policies are well implemented and executed, following the company strategy.

Skills required of our P&C Business Partner:

• Fluent English and French written and oracy skills
• Excellent understanding of French employment law
• Entrepreneurial spirit that doesn't fear challenges
• Resilience when dealing with uncertain scenarios
• Open mind, likes to break paradigms
• Communication driven, being respectful of a diverse team
