Job Description

As the Head of Supply Chain you will:

Build relationships with your teams and other stakeholders to gain a clear picture of how the business operates, and where the opportunities are within the organisation
Review the supply base building relationships with key partners. This will include suppliers of products and services (3PL providers)
Ensure the Supply Chain design is efficient for the fulfilment to a completely global customer base
Develop and implement reporting that gives a clear, uncomplicated dashboard of KPIs to manage the supply chain by
Support business growth by understanding the sales strategy, and aligning the Supply Chain accordingly
Embed a culture of continuous improvement
Support the teams to ensure they all have a clear development plan and access to training and mentoring where required
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will already be,

A Head of Supply Chain in a B2B, fast paced environment
Used to managing supply planning, customer services and, inbound and outbound logistics
Proven in the development of teams, building engagement and performance
Very data literate, and comfortable developing dashboard reporting
Used to working with a senior leadership team, enabling clear communication between functions
Able to balance strategic and operational priorities
Proven in the management of 3PLs in different global regions
