- Ad–hoc monthly accounting duties such as VAT and CIS returns as well as bank reconciliations
This position would be well suited to a qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA) with real estate experience. The other key skills and experience required include:
- Business partnering exposure to non–financial personnel in previous positions
- Proactive attitude with an ability to use initiative in a fast–paced environment
- Strong team ethic, always willing to assist those around you when necessary
- An audit background would be preferential for this role although is not essential
In addition to the competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, our client offers the following additional benefits:
- Flexi–working hours
- Private medical cover
- Nursery benefit scheme
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Much more
If you are interested in the opportunity and, based on the above requirements above, feel you would be a good fit for the organisation then apply now.
