The role

- Providing advice on compliance issues to sponsor employers
- Advising on a range of visa applications including Skilled Worker, Global Worker, Global Mobility, Temporary Worker, and the EU Settlement Scheme
- Preparing sponsor licence applications
- Advising on right to work issues
