Interim CFO

Job title:Interim CFO (NT40614) Day rate:£800-£1000 per day Duration:6 months Location:London

A PE backed Technology/SAAS based business with a turnover of £20ml is seeking an interim CFO to work with the investors and the board in driving the business forward and supporting their growth plans. You will play an integral part in the business and help shape the business towards a future exit strategy.

Role requirements:

• Have previously prepared a business for an exit;
• Worked with the investors and advisors in getting the board reports and numbers to them accurately and on time;
• Enhance the team and drive them to help shape the numbers;
• Strong on looking at the data and interpreting them and bringing them to life;
• Experience of working on contract negotiations;
• Hands on in working with the business;

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant;
• Experience of an exit;
• Worked in previous businesses from £15ml-£50ml;
• Experience within the Technology, SAAS or Cloud based businesses
