This Private Equity backed marketing firm based in London are currently going through a period of growth, and are looking for an Interim FC to join the team. They are growing through acquisitions and are taking on businesses at a rapid rate with the most recent in October and another planned to close before Christmas.
As the company have grown, they need senior level support to join them and assist for the next 6 months.
The opportunity is very varied, and the work is changing quickly due to growth. You will need to be flexible to work across a variety of tasks and be able to prioritise effectively. The role will help integrate the acquisitions and work on business-as-usual tasks. Overall, you will assist the FD to upskill the way finance is functioning.

The key duties include:
- Maintain current reporting and tracking to assist key business stakeholders
- Partnering with the US entities
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and building out reporting for the finance function.
- Offer improvements to the relevant current financial reporting process & implementing them for better overall streamline.
- Ensure financial information in the UK and US is accurate and provided in a timely manner to the Group FD
- Consolidations for the entities within the group
- Working capital and cash close
- Explain fluctuations in cash projections
- Mentoring the junior members of the team and reviewing their work
- Assist the Finance Director with a variety of tasks. This may include tax compliance and supporting with ad-hoc task for M&A
Skills and Experience
- You must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Consolidations and financial accounting experience is key
- You must have worked on International entities, ideally the US
- Experience of working for a fast-growing company and will appreciate the fast growing nature of a PE backed business.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Looks for better ways of doing things and proactively takes ownership to see things through
