We have an incredibly unusual and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with approximately 4–5 years of consultancy experience to join a hardworking project management team for a London based consultancy in their Retail team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail sector. However, the client will consider applications from candidates with alternative backgrounds providing they have relevant consultancy experience on fit–out based projects.
The rare and exciting part of this opportunity is that the candidate will get to fly to Europe every week for a day or two to do the site visits as the retail rollout programme is across Europe This is an extraordinary chance to expand your project portfolio to include an international client with Europe wide experience.
As Project Manager you would be expected to be an integral part of the team and have excellent client facing skills. You would be reporting to the Group Director.
It is important that all candidates must have a strong understanding of the project management process, tracking programmes and highlighting potential areas for slippage, liaising with consultant team, preparation of contract instructions and managing RFI schedules. Furthermore, candidates will have experience delivering projects from concept through to practical completion.
Ideally MRICS or working towards this, however, not essential.
On offer is a basic salary of up to GBP60,000 plus an extensive benefits package.
