I am looking for a Project Manager to join my client on a contract / temp to perm basis. The scheme is 11m in value which includes an extension on a hotel ( 1–2m of RC frame, structural steel, cut & carve / demo) followed by a 8–9m fit out).
The rates are negotiable and experience within high–end commercial fit out, prime residential and general main contracting would be ideal. Most important though is a Project Manager who is hungry and ambitious, willing to work hard and be a part of business growth. Standard SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required.
