You will be responsible for 3 new build project sites in Ealing and Wembley, 2 of which will be entirely your own as they are about to start, (the perfect opportunity for a Project Manager like you to show what you've got!). Each project will be providing (Apply online only) affordable homes so any experience in residential/Social Housing construction project management will go a long way.

Working in their new state of the art offices (and occasionally visiting sites with option to WFH 3 days a week) you will be responsible for the projects direction, liaising with key stakeholders along the projects lifespan presenting solutions not problems! Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all building regulations are adhered to whilst promoting an inclusive sense of cohesion within the housing management and asset management departments ensuring all projects match company processes and remain on budget.

As a Construction Project Manager we will expect you have good knowledge of construction practices and know your way around the residential new build sector.
