What does a typical week look like?

We're a small, growing business so there really is no such thing as a typical week, but you could expect to be:

• Managing the company's relationships with our client base and supporting with cultivating relationships alongside the Project Management team
• Overseeing the development of relevant new products or services
• Developing proposals for new business opportunities or ways to improve existing offerings in response to changing market conditions or client needs
• Managing the client relationship, including overseeing the work of team members involved in projects such as account managers or project managers
• Collaborating with the Project Management team to ensure tasks are assigned to other team members who will be working on specific projects with the client
• Overseeing the creation of proposals, including writing initial drafts and revising them based on client feedback
• Writing grants, bids and preferred supplier responses
• Supporting the marketing team with the generation of sales collateral
• Meeting with clients regularly to discuss their needs and goals and make recommendations about how they can best be met
• Managing client relationships and ensuring that all parties are happy with the work being done
• Preparing detailed reports on the status of projects, including information such as workflow charts, deadlines, and issues that need to be addressed
• Supporting the Leadership Team with KPI, financial and in–depth sales and marketing reporting
• Leading pipeline meetings
• Representing the business within the industry at networking, trade shows, awards dinners, and conferences
• Being part of the office community and lending a helping hand wherever it's needed – we're a small business and everyone is expected to muck in with whatever is going down at the time!
