Head of Billing

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced head of billing's individual. This role is for 9 months, based in Salford and offering between GBP60,000 to GBP70,000 dependent upon experience

Description

Duties include:

• Ensuring timely and accurate billing cycles
• Ensuring all service data and tariffs is accurate and processed within time frames
• Ensuring controls and procedures are in place to support all payment types
• Implementing controls to ensure targets are met
• Analysing and reporting clearance of billing exceptions
• Providing feedback and analysis on variances and impacts to the P & L
• Preparing month end reports
• Driving continuous process improvement
• Identify and deliver the automation and efficiency of all revenue streams
• Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience managing a billing team – essential
• Have the financial knowledge to understand billing systems and processes – essential
• Have strong attention to detail and an analytical mind set – essential
• Be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business – essential
