Director of Marketing and Sales

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a national organisation who are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Director to join them at this exciting time of growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven working background in the management of both the marketing and sales functions in a national, fast paced organisation.

Key Responsibilities:–

• Create a productive sales and marketing culture that thrives on success and collaboration.

• Set and achievable goals and targets to deliver sustainable growth for the company.

• Establish and nurture long term relationships with key customers and accounts.

• Work with the Board of Directors to deliver business objectives.

• Collaborate with various parts of the organisation to establish individual marketing requirements.

• Report on market information to the Board and other areas of the business.

Key Requirements:–

• Proven record in managing a successful marketing and sales team in a

• Held a Board level position in a national company.

• Ability to cope with and progress with software solutions.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

• Good proven record of achieving sales targets and sustainable growth.

• Hubspot experience is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to travel nationally.

• Degree educated or equivalent.

Hours:

Flexible/Hybrid working is offered.

Salary:–

Up to GBP100K
