Estates Project Manager – Contract position available with potential long duration into 2023 – Hybrid Working Your new companyAs an Estates Project Manager you will join an NHS Trust based in the North East Somerset and Swindon region. The work you undertake is critical and influential, you will join a company who have an ambitious capital programme designed to improve patient experience and healthcare quality for the foreseeable future. Your new roleAs an Estates Project Manager you will be responsible for a number of small and medium construction projects, ensuring the trust's requirements are delivered to agreed quality, cost & time parameters. Your role will involve managing approved capital budgets, negotiating with suppliers to ensure value for money is achieved. You will assist in appointing a professional team where required, and manage the work of contractors to ensure projects are completed to agreed quality, time and cost targets. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this position you will need to have extensive project or programme management experience, further to this you will need to apply experience of managing contracts, including feasibility studies, service design, procurement, tender analysis and post contract administration. What you'll get in returnIn return you will receive a contract with immediate duration of up until end of March 2023, however extension is likely beyond this point. You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of pay of up to GBP38 per hour (umbrella), and be able to take advantage of a hybrid working environment which includes working from home and site–visits.
