This is an exciting time for you as a strategic thinking problem–solver to join our senior leadership team. To meet the challenges we face as a city and council, the senior leadership team has been aligned to three strategic themes Organisation, Communities and Place and Families.
We are looking for someone to fill the role of Director of Resident Services – which sits in the Communities and Place strategic theme. You will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of services, putting residents at the heart of what we do while responding to the city and council s evolving needs and priorities.
The successful candidate will be accountable for leading a broad range of resident focused services including:
City Housing
Environmental Services and Infrastructure and Regulation (including highways, transport, waste collection and street cleansing)
Climate Change and Sustainability (reducing our environmental impact and helping others across the city to do the same)
