Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager required for our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, that includes power conversion, switching and monitoring. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager ideally with experience within Energy Storage, or some form of Renewable Energy.

After several years of R&D, they are now ow introducing a full line of innovative products. Combined with batteries, their scalable solution are widely praised by Solar Developers, Independent Power Producers, Operators of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructures and Utilities. Their growth is exponential; and as such are looking for a talented Business Development Director to build their position in UK and Ireland, both priority markets for the group.

Business Development Manager Position Overview

• Design the Sales and Go–to market strategy for Energy Storage in the UK & Ireland
• Detect opportunities and transform them in concrete business
• Be on local expert of the M.O.D.E (Market/Offer/Demands/Environment)
• Participate in the development of marketing activities, providing insight on customers' needs, roads to market, competition, pricing
• Be the interface between the sales team and the project engineering, representing the customer and its specific needs

Business Development Manager Position Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the sale of technical solution ideally in application's business core.
• Expertise in either power conversion, batteries technologies, electrical engineering network (Low Voltage) & automation or Solar PV

Business Development Manager Position Remuneration

• 60,000 – 70,000
• Variable – 16% for on target capped at 150%
• Car Allowance
• Pension
• Medical
