Location: UK Remote / Home working
We're looking for a technical Business Analyst to join our Supplier Management, Data & Infrastructure domains. As a domain Business Analyst you will support the in–house development teams as we transform our systems by implementation of state of the art applications to meet the growth aspirations of the organisation. You will be a pivotal part in the delivery of this transformation, working with stakeholders to identify their requirements, process changes and with technology teams to implement the identified business need.
What You'll be Doing:
Ensure business requirements are fully understood by all.
Provide thought leadership, ideas, recommendations and information to the teams and business areas they work with.
Ownership of the requirements, providing input to project deliverables and controls as required.
Collaborating with our Architects to enable them to design solutions that are fully reflective of those requirements.
Partner with our Engineering team to ensure delivery meets expectations.
Partner with our Stakeholders to identify business process change impacts, proposing efficiency opportunities.
Responsible for the estimation and planning of the analysis tasks.
Responsible for analysis tasks and ensures they are completed in a timely fashion.
Assist senior stakeholders with business case development and rationale to ensure alignment with strategy.
Actively assisting the vendor selection process where applicable.
A Bit About You:
3+ years Technical Business Analyst with experience in Infrastructure, Supplier Manager or Data
B2B/ B2C E–commerce domain experience preferable
Strong process modelling skills using Visio or any other tools.
Experience of partnering with cross functional Agile teams
Ability to conduct effective requirements workshops and can adapt to apply a variety of elicitation techniques accordingly.
A passion for delivery achieved through well–written requirements, working with team members to deliver the required analysis.
Proficient in requirement techniques such as user stories, use cases, process modelling analysis and supporting notation (As–is, To–be, workflows, user journeys etc.).
Experience Business Analyst who can solve problems, investigate options and alternatives instead of accepting the first solution given.
