Finance Transformation Lead - Immediate Start - 4-5 month role - Hybrid Working - Based in London
My client is integrating a new system in the ERP which was developed in house, and to their existing finance owned systems. They are looking to hire a Finance Transformation Lead (Programme Manager) to see out the current project and guide the finance team through the business readiness, go-live and bedding in phases.

My client is integrating a new system in the ERP which was developed in house, and to their existing finance owned systems. They are looking to hire a Finance Transformation Lead (Programme Manager) to see out the current project and guide the finance team through the business readiness, go-live and bedding in phases.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the programme plan and ensure all workstreams are on track
- Manage weekly meetings with the Senior Leadership team
- Manage our third parties: NetSuite team; Data Migration team & Training
- Have responsibility for supporting the internal workstream leads
- Deliver a successful go-live
- Optimise the new system
About You:
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Familiar with foreign currency
- Previous experience within retail
- Previous experience with Netsuite
