Role: HR Business Partner Permanent roleLocation: Manchester Salary: 45k – 50k

Currently recruiting for a Regional Business Partner on behalf of a growing manufacturing business. This role will report directly into the HR Manager and will be predominantly working across 3 sites in and around the Manchester area.

The HR Business Partner (UK) is responsible for designing and implementing the people processes, practices and behaviours that enable the business to grow. To do this the role–holder business partners with site management teams, to determine what people related processes, practices and actions are required to deliver the business strategy.

Main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:

  • Identifying and establishing the people–related processes and practices that support right person, right time, right place.
  • Developing an understanding of the business strategy and building the appropriate people plans to align with the long and short–term needs of the business.
  • HR Business Partnering with site management teams, to deliver the people plan.
  • Driving high performance at each level within the business represented by a safe, diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment where individual wellbeing is valued.
  • Providing support on a range of HR and employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances appeals and other HR matters
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the business strategy.
  • Supporting with HR administration tasks as required.

Skills required of the HR Business Partner role will include:

  • Has experience of UK HR with practical hands–on experiences UK employment law (D)multi–site HR Business Partner Experience with responsibility for the full breadth of HR capabilities (recruitment, reward, employee relations, organisational effectiveness)
  • Has demonstrably contributed to successful culture change programmes that have impacted an organisation with clear measurable results that can be directly attributed
  • Has successfully managed complex employee relations environments
  • Can demonstrate a strong team–based approach to leadership, having recruited and developed high performing individuals, and developed high–performing teams
