Legal Counsel 0-5pqe Consumer
Outstanding opportunity to join a fast growing and entrepreneurial organisation in the Bristol/Bath region.
This established team is looking for a commercial lawyer at the 0-5pqe level or equivalent. You will need to thrive in a team focussed and fast moving/fun environment.
The work will be broad in scope but will include;

This established team is looking for a commercial lawyer at the 0-5pqe level or equivalent. You will need to thrive in a team focussed and fast moving/fun environment.
The work will be broad in scope but will include;
- Commercial Contracts
- Supply Contracts
- Legal Compliance
- Develop and/or maintain subject matter expertise in a core legal compliance area e.g. anti-bribery
- Provide prompt and pragmatic legal support to support core regulatory compliance and identify and mitigate contractual and operational risk
- Provide strategic and legal support to resolve material disputes
Background;
- strong knowledge of contract law
- Good experience of drafting and negotiating contracts
- pragmatic, commercial negotiation approach
- Organisational ability and multi-tasking
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
- Sense of humour
- UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
