HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC
Our Business Support teams deliver the vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These services include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. Every person in every team is contributing the lasting impact our Team makes. Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7.
This is a Hybrid role – working from home the majority of the time, with attendance in our Warwick office when needed.
You will work across a number of our business units delivering people projects and supporting Senior Management to drive their division forward.
What you'll do:
This role will work with the Senior HRBP and HR team to implement and support the HR related initiatives and change programs linked to the People Strategy and plan. To coach and develop the line managers to competently deal with all related HR matters.
- Significant people change projects that drive continuous improvement to the business and ensure retention of key talent
- Implementation of all People initiatives within the People Strategy
- Development and Coaching of all Managers to help evolve the culture of Telent and to ensure that we are compliant within the legal framework.
- Project management
- Consultations – Redundancy/Restructuring/Change of terms etc
- Case Management.
Who You are:
- Demonstrable experience in an HR role , ideally in a multiple site, field force environment
- An effective practitioner with a solid track record of delivering business results and benefits
- Influencing at all levels in a positive and constructive manner – ability to demonstrate/evidence this
- Experience of managing consultations – Redundancy/Change of Terms/TUPE
- An assertive, independent and results–oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed
- Project management skills
- Comfortable manipulating data and identifying trends/themes
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and high level of ambiguity

- Flexible to travel to various locations as required.
